We are a family with multiple Apple devices AND two young kids – which results in having had multiple broken screens, water damage and misc other issues. This store has amazing customer service – specifically by Mike and Neil! They are a true asset to this business! They keep me updated on the status of our devices, the repair, timing, etc. Not only are they extremely educated on what it takes to fix our devices, they respect the urgency on our end to have our device back and take the time to explain the process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you so much!
My phone fell and cracked the LCD screen, I was livid, not sure if I would have to replace my phone. I went to iFixYouri, in Longwood, after calling another place, I was very glad I did. First, let me say that the store is very clean and organized, looks like its fairly new. The technician who serviced my phone was very nice and explained certain things to me that I was not aware of. I was pleased they had the part available. The manager was very nice, quoting a price that was much lower than I had received at the other place. Since they said it would take 30 minutes, I waited and was pleasantly surprised my phone was done just as they had said. Overall, I would definitely use their services again, as well as recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys!
